Convert between cat and human years

A common formula for converting cat years to human years says:

  • the first year of a cats life is equal to 15 years
  • the second year of a cats life is equal to 9 years
  • each year after the second is equal to 4 years

Ignoring all the mathematics... This utility uses this formula to converts human year to cat years, as well as cat years to human years!
